He works with the Holy See, the Pontifical Oriental Institute, and Catholic universities in Rome and Malta.

Matthew Harvey Sanders is the founder and chief executive of Longbeard, a group that builds digital tools for Catholic institutions and educators. He directs the development of Magisterium AI, Vulgate AI, and the Christendom App. These platforms support structured access to Catholic teaching and academic sources.

He works with the Holy See, the Pontifical Oriental Institute, and Catholic networks in Rome and Malta. His projects support education, translation, research, and secure digital systems used across dioceses and universities.

His background includes military service, seminary formation, and leadership roles in mission focused technology groups. He also led the Humanity 2.0 Foundation, where he worked on digital identity, institutional strategy, and ethical design.

He advises Church leaders and Catholic educators on digital strategy, secure ecosystems, data organization, and communication frameworks. His current work expands Longbeard’s platforms, improves language processing for ancient and modern texts, and strengthens tools used for Catholic education and formation.
